Hebrews 8:1-7

Jesus Christ’s High Priesthood is superior to any other priesthood. Therefore, His covenant must be superior. Hebrews 8 demonstrates why the New Covenant supersedes the Old Covenant.

 

Jesus is the writer of this New Covenant and upon His resurrection, he also functions as the executor, guarantor and finally the mediator of his last will and testament. Which is what the New Testament portion of the Bible is all about!
